Philodendron verrucosum
Humidity Requirements: 70%
Lighting: Bright, indirect lighting to shade
Grown and propagated in our Florida greenhouse.
Philodendron verrucosum is one of the most popular philodendrons out there. And for good reason. It is a very attractive plant, with velvety, dark green leaves showcasing bright, contrasting venation. Picture 2 shows our parent plant for reference.
Philodendron verrucosum is fairly tolerant of less than ideal conditions, but does require at least moderate humidity, and consistent watering.
This is the standard form of p. verrucosum, with great venation, fuzzy petioles, and a vivid red back.
