Philodendron verrucosum "Micro"
Humidity Requirements: 70%
Lighting: Bright, indirect lighting to shade
Grown and propagated in our Florida greenhouse.
This is the "micro" form of p. verrucosum. It is much smaller than the standard form, with a maximum leaf size of only about 3". The smaller size makes it an excellent choice for small spaces and terrariums. It can be quite slow growing.
Philodendron verrucosum is one of the most popular philodendrons out there. And for good reason. It is a very attractive plant, with velvety, dark green leaves showcasing bright, contrasting venation.
Philodendron verrucosum is fairly tolerant of less than ideal conditions, but does require at least moderate humidity, and consistent watering.
